B) Chest Width: Measure around the chest at its fullest part (typically under the armpits and shoulder blades).

C) Waist: Measure around your waist at the narrowest part of your torso.

A) Bust: With your arms relaxed at your side, measure the bust line at the fullest part of your chest. Pull tape tight without changing the shape of your breasts.

B) Waist: With loose tape measure around your torso at the smallest part of your waist. 

C) Hips: Wrap a measuring tape around your body at the fullest part of your bottom. Be sure the tape is flat against your body and parallel to the floor.

Shipping Times.   

Typically your order will be shipped out in 5 to 10 business days after the event ends. Due to the high volume of orders, it may be possible to wait up to 14 business days to receive a tracking number.

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive tracking information. Items from some events ship directly from the brand to you.

Orders are shipped out via Canada Post with estimated delivery times of 6-8 business days. 

Tracking your order 

You can expect to receive tracking information once your order has been shipped. Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser's responsibility to liaise with shipping carriers. 

Address Changes

Please enter your shipping address carefully as once your order is processed, it can not be changed. 

Delivered but not received

When the tracking information indicates that the package was delivered, this means it was delivered to the shipping address provided to us at check-out. In some rare cases, your order may be delivered to a local post office for pick-up, especially if you weren't home at the time of delivery and there was no secure location for your package to have been left. Don't forget to check with your household members and your neighbours in case someone else accepted the package for you.

Wrong order or a faulty item?

If you were shipped the wrong order or received a faulty item, please notify us within 5 business days of receipt by contacting our Customer Care team at contact@theflashsale.com and note the order number & faulty/incorrect item. 

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to The Flash Sale. The Flash Sale will not issue a refund on item(s) that are not received or are lost in transit. 

Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where The Flash Sale may have made an error.
