Once you place an order successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately with your order details. Please be sure to check your spam or junk mailbox.

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and Paypal.

An order can be cancelled before the sale event closes or prior to the order being shipped, whichever occurs first. To cancel your order, please email us at contact@theflashsale.com. If your order has been shipped out, we will be unable to cancel your order.

When the tracking information indicates that the package was delivered, this means that it was delivered to the shipping address provided to us at check-out. 

- Check with your household members and neighbours in case someone accepted the package for you

- Check with a doorman, front desk or mailroom if you live in an apartment or condo

- Check your local post office for pick-up if you received a notice (if you weren't home at time of delivery)

Shipping Policy

Typically your order will be shipped out in 5 to 10 business days after the event ends. Due to the high volume of orders, it may be possible to wait up to 14 business days to receive a tracking number.

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive tracking information. Items from some events ship directly from the brand to you.

Orders are shipped out via Canada Post with an estimated delivery time of 4-8 business days.

Disclaimer: While we’ll do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, The Flash Sale is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside of our control. If you purchase several items, they may ship separately and at different times.

Currently, we only offer shipping within Canada.

Orders are only processed after each sale event ends.

Please enter your shipping address carefully as once your order is processed, it can not be changed.

All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. When the tracking information indicates that the package was delivered, this means it was delivered to the shipping address provided to us at check-out. 

In some rare cases, your order may be delivered to a local post office for pick-up, especially if you weren't home at the time of delivery and there was no secure location for your package to have been left. Don't forget to check with your household members and your neighbours in case someone else accepted the package for you.

We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. No exchanges can be made due to the limited inventory available and the time sensitive nature of our flash sales.
